Articles of Association & EGM 2025

At an Extraordinary General Meeting on 29^th May 2025, our Members approved the revised version of our Articles of Association.
The articles were reviewed for compliance with Community Right to Buy, to remove the Friends of Dalavich membership category, and to ensure they would be acceptable to Scottish Land Fund, OSCR and DTAS.

Community Action Plan and Survey

Over the end of 2024, and the beginning of 2025 Dalavich Improvement Group has been undertaking a Community Action Survey to help form a new Community Action Plan. The survey results are out for review, giving our members a chance to give their thoughts and reactions.
